A team behind you
Clinicians at Solace spend their time with clients, not paperwork piles. Our office team handles scheduling and answers the phones, our billing team works with insurance, and you join a collegial group of therapists who share consultation, encouragement, and referrals across four west-metro offices.
We're in-network with major plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthPartners, and UMR/Optum, and new client inquiries come in every week looking for the right fit.

LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LPC, LADC, and dually licensed clinicians who want a full caseload, a supportive office team, and colleagues down the hall.
Pre-licensed clinicians
Working toward full licensure? Our clinicians receive supervision from experienced licensed supervisors while building their practice with real support.
Students & interns
We regularly host practicum students and interns from area graduate programs, with supervision and hands-on experience across our offices.
