We accept most major insurances and we are in-network providers for many plans including, but not limited to, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Partners, Preferred One, Aetna, Primewest, Tricare, Cigna, Humana, BHP, UCare, Medica, United Health Care, and medical assistance. However, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits. You may also have Out of Network Benefits that you could get reimbursed for. Should you need assistance with this process do not hesitate to contact our office. Please note we are not medicare providers.

Private Pay

Private pay allows you to be seen without having a mental health diagnosis on your permanent health care record. We offer a fee for service cash rate. If you prefer this option please call for details.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Check with your employer's Hu-man Resource contact to see if you have a program with your employer. EAP programs are typically provided at no cost to you for a limited amount of visits. If Solace is not part of your EAP network, have your EAP program contact us directly to see if this may be an option for you to utilize.


If you do not have any mental health insurance coverage, have a high deductible with your health insurance, or have other hardships affecting your ability to obtain needed mental health services, we do offer a sliding fee scale based on income guidelines and individual need. Please call for details.

If you have co-pays, chose private pay, have established a sliding scale rate with the office, or if we are Out of Network with your insurance, payments are required on the day of service.

Please note that you may be reimbursed for your payment through your insurance's Out of Network benefits, Health Savings Plan, or a Medical Flex Spending Account. It is the individual's responsibility to check with their insurance provider to verify out-of-network coverage prior to the start of therapy if attempting reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

If you find that you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact us immediately. We request at least 24 hours notice whenever possible to allow us to schedule another client for your vacated appointment time. A charge may occur if less than 24 hour notice is given. No shows will be charged $50.
